Principle
Transformation requires courage because it forces institutions to confront identity, incentives, and inherited assumptions.
Definition
Courage-to-Transform is the willingness to act on uncomfortable truths revealed by intelligence, even when doing so challenges existing narratives, power structures, habits, or operating models.
