Principle
As intelligence becomes abundant, adoption becomes scarce.
Definition
The limiting factor in AI value creation is not access to intelligence, but the organization's ability to adopt, integrate, trust, and operationalize it.
Operating Law
AI value is capped by adoption capacity.
Implications
- 1.AI deployment must be paired with workflow redesign.
- 2.Adoption should be measured, governed, and funded.
- 3.Human trust, training, incentives, and coordination determine realized AI value.
- 4.Adoption scarcity explains why many AI pilots fail to scale.
