Definition

The Conservation of Enterprise Value™ Law is the first constitutional law of Unlock Science™. It establishes that analysis is not value creation — it is value discovery. Value is created only through the execution of mechanisms that alter the organization’s transformation capacity, capital structure, governance, or market position.

Operating Law

Every dollar of projected Unlock Potential™ must trace to an observable mechanism. Analysis without mechanism is speculation. Mechanism without execution is unrealized potential.
