Principle

Workflow Trace Index™ measures the completeness and quality of workflow observability across an organization.

Definition

WTI™ scores organizations 0–100 across five dimensions: workflow coverage (what percentage of organizational work is observable), event capture (how completely decisions and actions are recorded), process visibility (how clearly execution pathways are documented), metadata integrity (quality of context attached to workflow traces), and evidence linkage (how well workflow connects to outcomes and evidence).

Organizations with high WTI™ create compounding workflow intelligence — each captured workflow trace makes future execution more intelligent. Organizations with low WTI™ repeatedly rediscover the same lessons at significant cost.
