Principle
Expression Capacity™ measures how effectively a system converts available potential into realized outcomes.
Definition
The Expression Capacity Index™ (ECI™) scores an organization 0–100 across five equal-weighted dimensions: Strategic Expression™ (20%), Decision Expression™ (20%), Operational Expression™ (20%), Intelligence Expression™ (20%), and Adaptive Expression™ (20%).
Operating Law
A system’s ECI™ determines what percentage of its potential becomes realized value.
Implications
- 1.Strategic Expression™ measures whether the system can identify and align around what matters.
- 2.Decision Expression™ measures whether decisions move effectively into action.
- 3.Operational Expression™ measures whether plans reliably become execution.
- 4.Intelligence Expression™ measures whether intelligence becomes action.
- 5.Adaptive Expression™ measures whether the system can evolve and course-correct.
- 6.ECI™ Classifications: 90–100 Fully Expressed™, 80–89 High Expression™, 70–79 Moderately Expressed™, 60–69 Underexpressed™, 40–59 Significantly Underexpressed™, Below 40 Expression Failure™.
