Principle

The Lens™ shall evaluate Enterprise Intelligence Architecture™ using a multidimensional scoring model across eight architectural layers.

Definition

Enterprise Intelligence Architecture Score™ (EIAS™) is the composite score measuring how effectively an organization has designed, implemented, and optimized its Enterprise Intelligence Architecture™ across eight layers: Frontier Intelligence™ (10%), Open Intelligence™ (10%), Domain Intelligence™ (15%), Intelligence Routing™ (10%), Agent Architecture™ (15%), Verification Infrastructure™ (15%), Organizational Memory™ (10%), Transformation Intelligence™ (15%). Weights evolve as empirical validation and benchmarking data mature.

Operating Law

EIAS™ evolves the Lens™ from evaluating AI adoption to evaluating Enterprise Intelligence Architecture™ — measuring whether intelligence is strategically architected, effectively routed, continuously verified, and reliably converted into enterprise value.

Implications

  • 1.Layer 1 — Frontier Intelligence™: Measures leverage of highest-capability AI systems. Metrics: Frontier Utilization™, Intelligence Utilization™, AI Productivity Gain™.
  • 2.Layer 2 — Open Intelligence™: Measures organization-controlled open-weight model deployment. Metrics: Open Intelligence Maturity™ (OIM™), Local Deployment Capability™, Fine-Tuning Readiness™, Inference Cost Efficiency™.
  • 3.Layer 3 — Domain Intelligence™: Measures proprietary organizational knowledge encoding. Metrics: Domain Intelligence Depth™ (DID™), Knowledge Freshness™, Knowledge Coverage™, Retrieval Quality™.
  • 4.Layer 4 — Intelligence Routing™: Measures work routing to optimal intelligence sources. Metrics: Routing Sophistication™, Multi-Model Utilization™, Dynamic Optimization™, Cost Optimization™.
  • 5.Layer 5 — Agent Architecture™: Measures autonomous work coordination. Metrics: Agent Density™, Agent Productivity™, Agent Span™, Human Coordination Ratio™, Autonomous Workflow Coverage™.
  • 6.Layer 6 — Verification Infrastructure™: Measures trust established through evidence. Metrics: Evidence Coverage™, Auditability™, Decision Traceability™, Verification Maturity™. Supported by: Decision Visibility Infrastructure™ (TI-301), Evidence Architecture™ (TI-702).
  • 7.Layer 7 — Organizational Memory™: Measures intelligence conversion to cumulative capability. Metrics: Enterprise Memory Index™, Memory Capital™, Learning Velocity™, Decision Capture Ratio™, Memory Debt™.
  • 8.Layer 8 — Transformation Intelligence™: Measures coordination of intelligence into measurable enterprise outcomes. Metrics: Transformation Capacity™, Transformation Efficiency™, Transformation Probability™, Transformation Readiness™, Enterprise Value Creation™.
  • 9.EIAS™ is a future Lens Analysis™ scoring module — Phase 2 build after existing scoring layers are stable. Ratified now as constitutional framework.
