As artificial intelligence becomes abundant and commoditized, sustainable competitive advantage shifts away from owning models toward designing, orchestrating, governing, and continuously improving an organization's Enterprise Intelligence Architecture™.
Definition
Enterprise Intelligence Architecture™ (EIA™) is the complete operating architecture through which an organization acquires, routes, specializes, governs, verifies, preserves, and operationalizes intelligence across humans, AI models, agents, and organizational memory. It represents the intelligence equivalent of an enterprise technology stack. The highest-performing organizations will not necessarily possess the most powerful AI models. They will possess the most effective intelligence architecture. Organizations should optimize the system rather than individual components.
