Every Transformation Packet™ contains: Packet ID, Objective, Required Capability, Estimated Hours, Estimated Enterprise Value, Transformation Impact™, Dependencies, Evidence Required, Success Criteria, Human Required? (boolean), AI Compatible? (boolean), Priority, Risk, Owner, Status, Learning Captured. Packets become the atomic unit of transformation.

Operating Law
