Principle
The AI Absorption Score™ measures an organization’s demonstrated capacity to operationalize intelligence and functions as a leading indicator of Transformation Capacity™.
Definition
AAS™ scores organizations 0-100 across eight dimensions: Leadership Alignment, Workflow Integration, Decision Integration, Organizational Memory, Governance Readiness, Human Trust, Execution Consistency, and Continuous Learning. AAS™ is the primary instrument for diagnosing where an organization sits on the five-stage absorption progression and which specific absorption dimensions are constraining transformation capacity.
Operating Law
AAS™ is multiplicative not additive — a score of 90 on six dimensions with a score of 20 on one dimension does not produce a high-performing organization. The constraint dimension sets the ceiling for overall absorption and therefore for Transformation Efficiency™.
