Principle

The Transformation Intelligence™ Body of Knowledge (TIBOK™) is the official corpus of knowledge governing the discipline of Transformation Intelligence™. The Lens™ is not the discipline — The Lens™ is the primary software implementation of the discipline. Transformation Intelligence™ shall exist as an enduring discipline independent of any single technology, software platform, organization, or generation of artificial intelligence.

Definition

TIBOK™ establishes the canonical structure through which Transformation Intelligence™ is defined, taught, applied, validated, and continuously improved. The Constitution serves as the foundational authority from which every principle, measurement, architecture, methodology, application, certification, and publication derives its meaning. Every future component of TI™ shall trace its lineage to the Constitution. No component may contradict constitutional principles without a formally adopted amendment.

Operating Law

Constitutional Rule: Every publication, product, framework, dataset, API, software platform, certification, research paper, educational program, and commercial offering developed under Transformation Intelligence™ shall trace its lineage to the Constitution. Constitutional Declaration: Transformation Intelligence™ shall exist as an enduring discipline independent of any single technology, software platform, organization, or generation of artificial intelligence. Its principles may be implemented through many tools. Its Constitution remains the permanent reference from which those implementations derive legitimacy.

• 3.Certification basis: Certification demonstrates mastery of the Body of Knowledge rather than proficiency with any individual software application. This is constitutionally significant — a Certified Lens Analyst™ is certified in a discipline, not in a software product. The credential retains value independent of platform evolution.
• 4.Standards layer (Level II) is the most significant unbuilt layer: Standards ensure that two different practitioners applying Lens Analysis™ to the same company reach materially similar conclusions.
